Loyal Contributors are those donors who have a genuine enthusiasm and commitment for United Way's mission. The Loyal Contributor Program is designed to recognize these long time donors. Mesa United Way has two levels: those who have given to any United Way for 10 - 24 years, and those who have given for 25 years or more.
Loyal Contributors can be great champions for your United Way campaign. Recruit them as a member of your campaign team and have them tell their "story" - why they are so passionate about United Way. There is nothing like the power of a peer telling their story. It reinforces to everyone that they are making the right decision to support United Way. Loyal Contributors that are recognized also generally increase the size of their gift.
