To address this, more than 600 United Way agencies and America's Promise Alliance Partners, in all 50 states, have come together to organize and coordinate community-wide distribution of these free prescription drug discount cards.

FamilyWize card covers the following: all prescription drugs, everyone with no health insurance or prescription
coverage, all medicine not covered by insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or other benefit plans. There is no age
restrictions, no registration, no activation, paperwork, or other enrollment. No personal information is collected.

All this at NO COST to Mesa United Way.

This card can save you and your family an average of 35% or $20 on most prescriptions.

IT'S EASY: Simply present your card and prescription to a participating pharmacy to obtain the discounted price. You always receive the lower of the discounted price or pharmacy's retail price.

NO RESTRICTIONS: You can use the card as often as you need, for any prescription for everyone in your family. There is no income limit, age requirement, eligibility or registration required and no maximum allowable. However, the FamilyWize card cannot be used with any other prescription card
